Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to provide you with a store credit or exchange should you change your mind about your purchase. You may send your goods back to us within 30 days of receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number, please contact email@example.com with the subject line “Exchange/Return”.
The item returned MUST be in the condition it was received in. Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Those items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Exchanges/returns will not be accepted on customized items.
Once an RA is processed, please ship out the item at your earliest convenience to ensure efficient processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping and handling is not refundable for exchanges. The cost of shipment of your exchanged item back to you will be paid for by CDN Spirit for Canadian orders only.
Please allow 7 business days upon receipt of your returned goods for your request to be processed.
