In the latter months of pregnancy, zip the panel into the front in an “A” fashion, with the tie on the inside. You may adjust this tie according to your comfort level.

With your infant in a frontal carrier (baby can be facing in or out), zip the panel in a “V” fashion, with the tie on the outside. You can adjust this tie to comfortably cover the baby.
